Electronic Arts and DICE, the game Battlefield: Bad Company 2 is being developed by them, as if to remind, that they are really paying special attention to the PC Gamer, and want to ensure that the PC version of Battlefield: Bad Company 2 will receive attention obtained appropriate special by PC Gamer.
This is of course associated with some problems from one of their rival game, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 PC version, which is not supported by a dedicated server, as well as the difficulty to play this game for those who purchase via Steam. The things is exactly what makes Electronic Arts DICE tried to take fans from the PC version of Modern Warfare, by giving the advantages that should be obtained by PC Gamer, especially in Multiplayernya mode, it looks like support for the "dedicated server". Gordon Van Dyke of DICE said that Battlefield: Bad Company 2 PC version will offer a different experience from consolenya version. However it also will provide something more for consolenya version. Furthermore, Van Dyke said that they also plan on modding tools, although it is not discussed further.
Some time ago, Electronic Arts announced will release the Beta version of Battlefield: Bad Company 2 for PS3 exclusive from 19 November, and will be followed by the PC. Full version of Battlefield: Bad Company 2 itself will be released on PC, Xbox 360 and PS3 on March 2, 2010.
